Introduction:

Bali may have made its name as one of the most-desired tourist destinations in the world, with bustling streets and vibrant nightlife. But in the heart of it, it remains abundant with tranquility and natural beauty, which also houses some of the world’s most diverse ecosystems.  It is a little-known fact, however, that honeybees hold such a vital part in the environment’s sustainability. Take the road less traveled and find out about all the wondrous ways you can learn from nature; you’d be surprised by how much nature can give back.

Program Overview:

Upon learning that the decline of honey bee population does not only threaten the bee products, but also countless food products worldwide, something had to be done. To conserve the honey bee population, we work in partnership with a local organization and local farmers who ensure that the bees are thriving in their ideal natural environment.

The program strives to empower farmers in the importance of their role as beekeepers in the bigger picture, as well as facilitate them in the variety of ways of processing the products to improve their welfare.

The effort to educate extends beyond the local community and are also aimed towards the public, in order to raise awareness about how important it is to take great care of little creatures in our planet because they might just be the ones that matter the most.

Ultimately, the program aims to preserve the environment and educate the local communities in the ways that they can contribute to the global issue, as well as the benefits they get in return. Join us and be the little guys’ hero; save the bees, save the world!
