VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Responsible for the efficient and effective planning, training, and development of new volunteers, schools, candidates, parents, and cities targeted by the local AFS network

Responsible for the necessary administration and practical work with the AFS IPP national office developed with the Board Champions

HOSTING COORDINATOR
Responsible for the efficient and management of AFS IPP hosting programs (School, University, and Community Service and others to be developed)

Responsible for the dissemination of pertinent information among hosted students, host parents, the AFS national office, and the global AFS Network

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE COORDINATOR
Responsible for the coordination and management of administrative aspects of the AFS IPP National Office regarding staff and volunteer logistics, document filings, basic accounting and bookkeeping, providing general support, and ensuring that the AFS IPP National and International standards, policies, and procedures are met

Previous administrative experience, competence and budgeting, and knowledge of basic principles of accounting required

ASSISTANTS TO HOSTING AND SENDING COORDINATORS
Responsible for supplying the hosting and sending coordinators with assistance in practical affairs, documentation, and logistical arrangements, among other tasks

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduate
Previous experience working in team environment
Knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2007 programs
Well-organized, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level interpersonal skills and a commitment to higher level customer service
Ability to provide consistent, effective advice, support and education
to geographically distant key volunteers
Ability to work in an intercultural atmosphere
Ability to keep track of expenses
