3/16/2008 - AFS Philippines General Membership Meeting on April 12, Crowne Plaza

AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines will conduct its annual General Membership meeting and Election of the Board of Trustees on April 12, Saturday, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City.

The meeting and election will coincide with the AFS Asia-Pacific Initiatives (AAI) Meeting, a convention hosted by AFS Philippines.

The convention will bring together the top leaders and partners from 10 participating countries to review the progress of AFS in their respective countries, share ideas, strategies, and resources on how to move AFS forward.

Tentative schedule will be as follows:
3:00 pm Registration
4:00 pm Election for the Board of Trustees
6:30 pm Welcome Dinner for the AAI
- to be participated in by everyone who attended the General Membership Meeting

Tentative membership fee will be as follows:
Php 500.00 – for professionals
Php 250.00 – for students

Cost of the Welcome Dinner for the AAI will be as follows:
Php 1,000.00 – for professionals
Php 500.00 – for students
