60 student participants and 6 teachers will undergo a pre-departure orientation for the Japan – East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) short term program, a two-week cultural immersion to various places in Japan.

As representatives of the Philippines, participants and teachers are to serve as ambassadors of goodwill to Japan, share Filipino values and cultural traditions to their respective host communities, and engage in various forms of cultural exchange among the various races they may encounter throughout their stay.
